I am a Licensed Midwife and a Certified Professional Midwife living in Belton with my two children and three stubborn, but very lovable, dachshunds.

 

I have been involved in birth work for nearly a decade. As a queer person and parent of a transgender son, I use my platforms to help advance reproductive rights, safe and unbiased healthcare, and effective social change. I volunteer my time with Street Medics Austin providing medical support to social action initiatives, community first aid and harm reduction training, and basic medical care for the unhoused populations in Central Texas.

 

I currently serve as the National President of Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority, as well as a preceptor/educator for student midwives. I am a registered preceptor and I genuinely enjoy teaching and guiding the new generation of midwives.

 

As a retired traditional surrogate, I have helped grow families of many different dynamics, to include same-sex couples and single parents. In my off-time, you can find me on the lake, indulging in documentaries and reality tv, and of course, traveling the world!
